Adjuster.ai helps insurance professionals process estimates and create claim documents with fewer manual steps. We collect and use information needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
This policy covers the Adjuster.ai website and platform, including CRASH, as well as the CRASH Clip Chrome extension.
Who we are
Adjuster.ai is operated by IA Path LLC, a Florida limited liability company. When this policy uses “Adjuster.ai,” “IA Path,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” it means IA Path LLC.
Questions or privacy requests can be sent to help@iapath.com.

Depending on how you use Adjuster.ai, we may collect the following information.
Account information
- Your name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code
- Login and account information
- Your organization or company information
- Communications you send to us
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and processes your payment-card information under its own privacy policy. Adjuster.ai does not receive or store your full payment-card number.
We may receive limited transaction information from Stripe, such as payment status, subscription level, transaction identifiers, and the last four digits or type of card used.
Claim and vehicle information
When you use Adjuster.ai, you may provide or generate information such as:
- Estimate files and other uploaded documents
- Claim numbers and internal claim identifiers
- Vehicle identification numbers
- Vehicle descriptions, equipment, condition, and valuation information
- Total-loss and appraisal information
- Documents and reports created through the platform
- Notes or other information you add to a claim
Because claim documents can contain personal information about vehicle owners, claimants, insureds, or other people, you should upload information only when you are authorized to do so.
Technical and usage information
We and our service providers may automatically receive limited technical information when you use the service, including IP address, browser and device type, dates and times of access, pages or features used, and error, security, and diagnostic logs.
We use this information to operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve Adjuster.ai—not to build advertising profiles.
How we use information
We use collected information to:
- Create, authenticate, and manage accounts
- Process estimates and other claim documents
- Generate forms, reports, valuations, and related materials
- Attach captured documents to the correct claim
- Process subscriptions, credits, and payments
- Provide customer service
- Send account, service, security, and product communications
- Detect fraud, abuse, and security problems

- Meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements
We do not sell or rent personal information. We do not use personal information for targeted or interest-based advertising.
Service providers
We use service providers to operate Adjuster.ai. Depending on the feature being used, these providers may process information on our behalf. They currently include:
- Stripe, for payment processing
- Anthropic, for AI-assisted document processing and generation
- Supabase, for database, authentication, file-storage, and infrastructure services
- Softr, for portions of the Adjuster.ai application experience
These providers may access information only as needed to perform services for us and are subject to their own contractual obligations and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information when you direct or authorize us to do so; to protect the security, rights, or safety of Adjuster.ai, our users, or others; when required by law or valid legal process; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of some or all of our business, subject to appropriate protections.
AI-assisted processing
Some Adjuster.ai features use artificial intelligence to read estimates, extract information, and generate documents. When you use these features, relevant portions of the files and claim information you provide may be sent to our AI service provider for processing. We use that processing to provide the feature you requested—not for advertising.
AI-generated output can contain errors. Users remain responsible for reviewing documents and confirming that information is accurate before relying on or submitting it.
Estimate files and generated documents
We store uploaded estimate files and documents created through Adjuster.ai so that we can process them and make them available through your account.
We disclose those files only to users authorized to access the applicable account; service providers needed to store or process them; other parties when you direct us to share them; or authorities and other parties when disclosure is legally required.
Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to maintain your account, provide the requested services, meet legal or contractual obligations, resolve disputes, protect the service from fraud and abuse, and maintain appropriate business records.
When an account is closed or a valid deletion request is completed, we will delete or de-identify associated personal information unless continued retention is required or permitted by law. Deleted information may remain temporarily in secured backups before those backups are overwritten through our normal retention process.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- Request access to personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of personal information
- Obtain a portable copy of certain information
- Object to or restrict certain processing
- Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request
To make a request, email help@iapath.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Some information may be exempt from a request when retention is required or permitted by law.
If you submitted information about another person through your work, that person may need to direct a request to the insurance company, employer, or other organization responsible for the claim.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. Information transmitted between your browser and our service is sent using encrypted HTTPS connections.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. Please use a strong, unique password and notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
Children
Adjuster.ai is a professional service intended for people who are at least 18 years old. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
CRASH Clip
CRASH Clip is a Chrome extension published by IA Path LLC. It lets an Adjuster.ai user capture a supported vehicle-valuation page as a PDF and attach that document to a selected claim.
Information handled by CRASH Clip
To provide this feature, the extension may handle:
- Your Adjuster.ai email address or another account identifier
- Information needed to authenticate your Adjuster.ai session
- The address and content of the supported page you choose to capture
- The PDF generated from that page
- A claim identifier obtained from an Adjuster.ai link or URL
- Limited error or diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the feature
Website content and page addresses can qualify as user data under Chrome Web Store rules even when access occurs only after a user clicks a button.
How CRASH Clip works
When you select “Attach to Claim” on a supported valuation site, CRASH Clip:
- Identifies the active supported page.
- Generates a PDF of that page using Chrome functionality.
- Uses the claim identifier to determine where the document belongs.
- Sends the PDF over an encrypted connection to Adjuster.ai.
- Stores the document with the applicable claim.
The capture is initiated by you. CRASH Clip does not continuously record pages or collect your general browsing history. Authorized users of the applicable Adjuster.ai account may be able to access the uploaded document.
What CRASH Clip does not do
- Sell extension data
- Use extension data for targeted advertising
- Operate as a general browsing-history tracker
- Continuously capture pages in the background
- Capture a page as a PDF unless a user initiates the feature
- Use captured content to determine creditworthiness or for lending decisions
Chrome permissions
- activeTab: Allows the extension to interact with the active page after you invoke the extension or its user-facing feature.
- storage: Stores limited extension settings and account information on your device.
- debugger: Temporarily connects to the selected tab to generate a print-quality PDF after you choose “Attach to Claim.” It disconnects when the capture is complete.
- tabs: Identifies the tab and page involved in the requested capture.
- scripting: Displays and operates the CRASH Clip controls on supported websites.
- Supported-site access: Allows the extension to provide its capture feature on the valuation websites identified in the extension.
- Adjuster.ai access: Allows the extension to communicate with Adjuster.ai, recognize the applicable account or session, and attach the captured document to a claim.
We request these permissions only to provide CRASH Clip’s disclosed document-capture and claim-attachment functionality.
Local storage
CRASH Clip may store your email address, account identifier, extension settings, or related session information using Chrome’s local extension storage.
Locally stored extension data generally remains on the device until it is cleared, replaced, or the extension is removed. Information needed to authenticate a request or associate a document with your account may be transmitted to Adjuster.ai over HTTPS.
Extension service providers
Information sent by CRASH Clip is transmitted to Adjuster.ai and may be processed by the infrastructure providers that operate Adjuster.ai, including Supabase. CRASH Clip does not send captured information to advertising networks or data brokers.
Chrome Web Store Limited Use disclosure
CRASH Clip’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
We use extension data only to provide or improve CRASH Clip’s disclosed, user-facing document-capture and claim-attachment functionality; maintain security and reliability; comply with law; or as otherwise permitted by the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy.
We do not allow people to read captured extension data except when you give explicit permission for support involving specific information; access is necessary to investigate fraud, abuse, or a security incident; access is required by law; or the information has been aggregated and de-identified for permitted internal operations.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. If a change materially affects how we use personal information, we will provide reasonable notice through the service, by email, or through another appropriate method before the change takes effect when required.
The date at the top shows when this policy was last updated.
